Maria and Prince are so inviting husband and I went in yesterday to take a tour and instantly fell in love with the property and the atmosphere here. We put in an application and cant wait to hear back! Maria and Prince even asked us to come back in to assist us with the application. Such wholesome individuals!

This is the Most Beautiful place I have been to in Mesa, super nice .! Maria, is so nice ! She welcomed me with the biggest smile , so sweet! She explained everything to me in full to where I actually understood it . She took time to her time to show me around and go over everything. Go see Maria and show her some love . She is AMAZING!

I came out here to check Hampton East out , to possibly relocate here . Maria, is so sweet and nice , very welcoming and explained everything so well for me . This is the most beautiful place , all around this property is beautiful, even gated, very safe! If you’re looking to upgrade or just live where it is nice and peaceful . Come check out Hampton East! The thorough planning that you and Maria execute with meticulous attention to detail offers residents a delightful, family oriented place of epicness. We call you two a dynamic duo!! Your professionalism and expertise is making Hampton East the most desirable place to live in this region. Best apartment community hands down. They do a great job at building a community always having events for the tenants to gather together and get to know each other. Maria and Prince are so helpful when I have a problem and the both of them are so professional. They do a great job at listening to their tenants and making themselves available. Mac is really on top of things. If you are considering making Hampton East your next home you should do it and you will be satisfied.

Maria is a great worker and she is always helping every time I see Maria she always haves a smile on her face and she is a joy to be around I am glad that Maria is here because she always making people laugh. Prince thank you for the candy

OMG! We had a pool party and it was a BLAST!!! most people had never spoken or engaged before this but we met so many neighbors, made pals and enjoyed Prince for hosting skills! Maria was a joy to see outside the office and we all had our families there so that was Special!! my mom had not been in a pool in YEARS and we couldn’t get her out when she joined the fun! There was pizza, a DJ, spinning photos and pool toys! the energy was welcoming, lively and inviting. It was the best time we’ve had since moving here and we’re so grateful for this place, felt like Home.

I just need say THANK YOU! We had a pool party hosted by new manager Prince & agent Maria and babyyyyyy when I say we had a TIME! a good time was had! It was my first outing since a big surgery but I needed some sunshine & good vibes & THEY HAD IT IN ABUNDANCE! I invited my mother who has not been in a pool in YEARS! She enjoyed herself so good she slept the rest of the day! It felt like a warm, engaging community, neighbors talking, kids playing, families eating and the office management mingling with residents just felt really good to my spirit! Kudos to Hampton East Management for this & I hope we can do it again! Great prizes! Cool vibes! This felt like a good ole’ block party back home!!! Loved it.

My wife and I were looking for a home and came and did a tour with Prince. We absolutely loved the place and decided to move in. The process was made very simple and easy and Prince as such a help, and Maria as well. We love it here and highly recommend it to others!

This is a shout out to Prince and Maria! I just love the vibe at Hampton East Apartments! I have a lot of change happening right now during middle age. I needed to find an apartment that will allow my dogs and is affordable. I found out that Hampton East has a little backyard for my fur babies too, and that is helpful to me as well. Prince and Maria have made this big change a bit easier for me with their empathy and also their humor. I want to say thank you to Prince and Maria for being so flexible too, as I've changed my mind a few times as well. You never know why a woman of my age wants to rent an apartment, and both of them have made me feel better in my time of sorrow and uncertainty about my future. Thank you again!
