APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Mesa

This is an update review. I have been living out at the Hampton East Apartments for over a year now, and it is such a beautiful place to live at, and call home. The community is very peaceful and vibey. It is truly luxury at its finest. The property manger Chris Prince, who we all call Prince, is so helpful and it shows that he truly cares about your situation. He is my go to person.. If you bring anything to him he is on it, and will strive to do his very best to make sure you are good. He has worked with me to maintain my residency here, and for that I am very grateful indeed. There is always a vibe going on, as Prince keeps things eventful, as far as pool parties, Jamaican food trucks, wellness days for the community etc. etc. We truly get the best top notch treatment out here, like we are Royalty. I mean, I’ve lived in many places before, but here at The Hampton East, it truly feels like a family and being apart of a strong community, that is respectful of peace and harmony. Every time, I turn into our driveway, especially at night, when the lights on the palm trees are on and glowing, it makes me feel bougie lol.. Like I really feel like I made it in life living here. If you are considering moving out here I would highly recommend, especially if you are of a high class individual, who loves peace, tranquility, and a good vibe! All the best.. Warmly, -Rayna 💓

I took a tour today with Maria and I have to say it felt like I’ve known her for years. She was very welcoming and provided very helpful information. She knew the area well and carried a great conversation during the entire tour, which was very professional and her customer service was above & beyond. Maria also answered my questions, during the application process. I rate Maria is a valuable asset and had to leave a review on my visit.

Just moved in recently and so far it’s been a great experience. The property is clean, well-kept, and everything has gone smoothly with the move-in process. I especially want to shout out Maria and Chris — they were both incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From answering all of our questions to making sure everything was ready on move-in day, they made what can usually be a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. Really appreciate their professionalism and support.

Maria and Prince in the front office were amazing! They made my move in process quick, easy and exciting. Hampton East is a beautiful apartment complex with affordable units with amazing staff. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good location and a unit that won’t break the bank. Units are cute with enclosed back yards and perfect for my needs. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff!! Thank you guys! ☺️

I can’t say enough about Hampton East Maria and Prince always welcoming the two maintenance Nick and Mac keep the property in good shape it’s a luxury property highly recommended.

I would like to compliment Maria. I was in the office recently and I wanted to see an apartment. She took us to the apartment spend time explained all the features and what the attractions and convinces were and the area. I was totally impressed and I caught her at a time when she was actually in the middle of a project, but she set aside enough time to direct us to a wonderful unit. Great customer service should be reflective of the property and I believe it is.

My family walked in without an appointment and Maria was so welcoming and got us a tour immediately. She was super informational and answered any and all questions with ease. We also talked to Prince about internet questions and he also was able to provide exceptional information. Based on our first meeting with this property we feel good and confident in putting this property on our top list of options.

I normally don’t write reviews, but Hampton East truly deserves the recognition. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the residents and the property. What stands out the most is the way they treat people. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the team has been friendly, patient, and quick to respond. It’s rare to find an apartment community where you feel both respected and supported, and Hampton East has given me that peace of mind. The grounds are beautiful, the amenities are convenient, and the overall environment feels safe and comfortable. It truly feels like home—somewhere you can relax after a long day and know you’re in good hands. I’m grateful to have found this place, and I highly recommend Hampton East Apartments to anyone looking for a community that values its residents.
