I just need say THANK YOU! We had a pool party hosted by new manager Prince & agent Maria and babyyyyyy when I say we had a TIME! a good time was had! It was my first outing since a big surgery but I needed some sunshine & good vibes & THEY HAD IT IN ABUNDANCE! I invited my mother who has not been in a pool in YEARS! She enjoyed herself so good she slept the rest of the day! It felt like a warm, engaging community, neighbors talking, kids playing, families eating and the office management mingling with residents just felt really good to my spirit! Kudos to Hampton East Management for this & I hope we can do it again! Great prizes! Cool vibes! This felt like a good ole’ block party back home!!! Loved it.

My wife and I were looking for a home and came and did a tour with Prince. We absolutely loved the place and decided to move in. The process was made very simple and easy and Prince as such a help, and Maria as well. We love it here and highly recommend it to others!

This is a shout out to Prince and Maria! I just love the vibe at Hampton East Apartments! I have a lot of change happening right now during middle age. I needed to find an apartment that will allow my dogs and is affordable. I found out that Hampton East has a little backyard for my fur babies too, and that is helpful to me as well. Prince and Maria have made this big change a bit easier for me with their empathy and also their humor. I want to say thank you to Prince and Maria for being so flexible too, as I've changed my mind a few times as well. You never know why a woman of my age wants to rent an apartment, and both of them have made me feel better in my time of sorrow and uncertainty about my future. Thank you again!

Maria Alvarez has been an amazing help with information on these properties they are very beautiful homes. I will possibly becoming a future resident.

This place is GREAT!!! Maria helped us out with our move in process. She is the sweetest lady very helpful made it super easy and fast to get our apt. Prince was also very kind and helpful. Can't wait to live here!. Definitely recommended.

Prince and Maria are so dope the experience was everything you could ask for they are real people and understand that you are too and it’s was the best experience I ever had with any apartment management and prince likes stake so that’s a plus with him and he’s a very cool guy right alone with Maria two great people in a beautiful place

Honneyyyy, when I tell you this property is not only beautiful, better yet gorgeous, the people here in management came through for me and my family. They came through, and showed out! I am very pleased with the service here, and process it was getting in this apartment palace of a very gorgeous place to live. The property manager Prince and his assistant Maria, really helped me in a major way. They have no idea what this move here means to me, it really impacted my quality of life now. The process was a little challenging, but Prince and Maria made it all worth it! As long as there is clear honest communication they will work with you. Just meet them half way, don’t give up hope, and they will help you every step of the way! I feel like if you just always have good intentions, people like Prince and Maria will see where your heart is, and they will understand on a deeper level beyond the surface. That’s what made it worth it. They see that in this life we all have experienced it, and that comes with twist and turns, ups and downs, but never give up, keep fighting cause you will get everything you are deserving of. That was my experience here. Words can’t express how I am so beyond grateful to be living here, and I will cherish it even more! Prince and Maria may God bless you! This apartment is the best apartment I've been to in the last two years they are super lienent on the rent and the apartment itself even though it's been unoccupied for so long they took such good care of it, these are definitely the people you want to sign a lease with.

I have lived at Hampton East for almost three years and it honestly made me feel comfortable in a new environment. The front office staff has been very helpful and Knowledgeable. Prince, Maria, and even the Maintenance man Mack have helped me through some rough times and were looking out for me. I would Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a spot
