This apartment is the best apartment I've been to in the last two years they are super lienent on the rent and the apartment itself even though it's been unoccupied for so long they took such good care of it, these are definitely the people you want to sign a lease with.

OMG! We had a pool party and it was a BLAST!!! most people had never spoken or engaged before this but we met so many neighbors, made pals and enjoyed Prince for hosting skills! Maria was a joy to see outside the office and we all had our families there so that was Special!! my mom had not been in a pool in YEARS and we couldn’t get her out when she joined the fun! There was pizza, a DJ, spinning photos and pool toys! the energy was welcoming, lively and inviting. It was the best time we’ve had since moving here and we’re so grateful for this place, felt like Home.

Your engagement concept promotes and elevates unity, and creates community. The excitement of fun, joy and laughter we experienced on May 3rd when residents were invited out to a Summer Pool Party with pizza, refreshments and soft drinks (water and Cane's Famous Lemonade & Tea) was between awesome and spectacular!! The thorough planning that you and Maria execute with meticulous attention to detail offers residents a delightful, family oriented place of epicness. We call you two a dynamic duo!! Your professionalism and expertise is making Hampton East the most desirable place to live in this region. Maintenance Mike is always around showing that he cares and we are fortunate to have the 3 of you working together to make a positive difference in the quality of life here in this part of what some refer to as East Phoenix. Maria and Prince are so inviting husband and I went in yesterday to take a tour and instantly fell in love with the property and the atmosphere here. We put in an application and cant wait to hear back! Maria and Prince even asked us to come back in to assist us with the application. Such wholesome individuals!

Maria was absolutely amazing! We came in 20 minutes before the leasing office closed and she took the time to chat with us about our options and even took us on a tour! She was very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities offered. I would highly recommend Maria as your leasing agent!

I truly enjoy living in this part of Mesa, AZ. Everything is so close and there's a ton of things to do. However, the staff at this location are hands down the best. They tend to your needs and get back to you quickly with answering your needs. Kylie and Boone are so friendly and funny, it's truly a pleasure to see their smiling faces. I have never had that kind of service before and it's much appreciated. I don't know if you're looking for a place to stay, but I personally would like to recommended Hampton East.

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were meant to be here. The office staff is awesome. They helped us find the right apartment at the right time. They have helped me navigate the journey to renting since we haven't rented in over 20 yrs. The grounds are clean, maintenance issues get handled immediately and we love our new apartment. Highly recommend living here. You won't be disappointed.

I have lived at Hampton East for almost three years and it honestly made me feel comfortable in a new environment. The front office staff has been very helpful and Knowledgeable. Prince, Maria, and even the Maintenance man Mack have helped me through some rough times and were looking out for me. I would Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a spot
