I'm so in love with this apartment complex. Always clean, if there is an issue maintenance comes fast. Office workers are so nice and helpful

This place is GREAT!!! Maria helped us out with our move in process. She is the sweetest lady very helpful made it super easy and fast to get our apt. Prince was also very kind and helpful. Can't wait to live here!. Definitely recommended.

Prince and Maria are so dope the experience was everything you could ask for they are real people and understand that you are too and it’s was the best experience I ever had with any apartment management and prince likes stake so that’s a plus with him and he’s a very cool guy right alone with Maria two great people in a beautiful place

Honneyyyy, when I tell you this property is not only beautiful, better yet gorgeous, the people here in management came through for me and my family. They came through, and showed out! I am very pleased with the service here, and process it was getting in this apartment palace of a very gorgeous place to live. The property manager Prince and his assistant Maria, really helped me in a major way. They have no idea what this move here means to me, it really impacted my quality of life now. The process was a little challenging, but Prince and Maria made it all worth it! As long as there is clear honest communication they will work with you. Just meet them half way, don’t give up hope, and they will help you every step of the way! I feel like if you just always have good intentions, people like Prince and Maria will see where your heart is, and they will understand on a deeper level beyond the surface. That’s what made it worth it. They see that in this life we all have experienced it, and that comes with twist and turns, ups and downs, but never give up, keep fighting cause you will get everything you are deserving of. That was my experience here. Words can’t express how I am so beyond grateful to be living here, and I will cherish it even more! Prince and Maria may God bless you! I went to visit a friend at these apartments that I just had to stop into the office and get information I was greeted with the beautiful smile from Maria Alvarez . She was so kind and helpful And very knowledgeable. Makes you feel so comfortable I can’t thank you enough. She’s a great asset to this company. It’s very hard nowadays to find someone so kind to take their time and helping people. Thank you, Maria once again

We just moved in 11/19 - so far it is amazing! The energy/vibe in the community is calm and relaxed - away from city noises and traffic. We moved from Chandler and a horrendous company - MEB management and we are thrilled to report that this community is clean, safe and friendly! April and Boone in the office are great and attentive. The homes are so pretty and spacious and the grounds feels safe to walk, even in the middle of the night! We love it here and with the new management that took over in July 2021 it is only going to get better. Lovely single story homes with a calm color scheme and abundant greenery! Everything feels so fresh and alive. Modest pricing as well made us come here and we love it. Thanks April! 💗

Best apartment community hands down. They do a great job at building a community always having events for the tenants to gather together and get to know each other. Maria and Prince are so helpful when I have a problem and the both of them are so professional. They do a great job at listening to their tenants and making themselves available. Mac is really on top of things. If you are considering making Hampton East your next home you should do it and you will be satisfied.
